Korsch offers XL 400FT MultiFunction Platform designed with flexible platform. This platform allows the production of all tablet formats on a single tablet press, including single-layer, bi-layer and tri-layer. The control system permits automatic layer weight control. The device is particularly designed for speed due to the different features such as 100 kN precompression and main compression capability, 120 RPM press speed capability, and an extended feeder length design. In addition, it provides modified carrier place and head piece that permits the installation of a wide range of compression roller modules, feeder modules, and cam track modules that permit a “plug and play” approach for maximum versatility.
