Description

Table spot welder, MYSPOT is innovative welding machine equipped with a welding gun with articulated arms and a table electrode, reducing conventional post-welding processes such as sanding. Labor-saving With the table spot welder, if the workpiece can be placed on the table electrode, it can be welded without the use of auxiliary personnel. The two guns move freely, allowing easy access to the desired welding point by one person. Easy to set parameters The welding conditions for MYSPOT can be easily set using the touch panel system. By simply selecting “material” and “thickness,” the recommended conditions can be called up, and current and welding time can be adjusted smoothly. Comfortable working position There is no need to hold the workpiece during welding; it can simply be placed on the table electrode. Pressurization is also automatic, greatly reducing the physical burden on the operator. Productivity is tremendously increased. Weld nuts and screws Perfect for nuts and screws application. Reduction of finishing and post-processing The table electrode produces flatter cosmetic surface indentations and reduces distortion of the workpiece, contributing to less need for post-processing after welding. Furthermore, by applying High-Speed Spot Welding Technology (Patented), the cosmetic surface indentation is reduced by 1/3 (compared to our conventional products), and burn and heat distortion are also reduced, which greatly reduces finishing work.
