A compact personnel platform for the ergonomic and precise weighing and filling of bags in combination with the GKS packaging machines FLEX M and FLEX L. Ideal for use for bulk products of all kinds: vegetables, lettuce and non-food items. • Low space requirement due to a small base area and compact design • Ergonomic design enables user-friendly and productive work • Industrial scale with a large, easy-to-read display • Large weighing table with a usable volume of up to 16 liters The user-friendly KWT 16 weighing platform enables ergonomic weighing and filling of bulk goods of all kinds into representative bags, for example vegetables, lettuce and even non-food products. The platform is adjusted to the height of the respective GKS packaging machine FLEX M or FLEX L, and the mixing table with the integrated single-head weigher is easily accessible by means of steps. The large weighing container with a usable volume of 16 liters is ideal for weighing whole lettuce leaves, for example lollo bionda up to 1 kg. Up to 5 kg of product – depending on its bulk density – can be weighed and processed. Various options show the flexible application possibilities: • optimized product infeed, for example with a mobile stainless steel lifting device • integration into a professional production processing line • flexible alignment of the stair access • different height adjustment for diverse machines and applications
