Description

Overview
Developed by KSP Machine, the UNI-EX WASH single-chamber compact washing system is designed for precision cleaning in mass-production environments. Its compact footprint permits installation in constrained production spaces while integrating multiple cleaning methods in a single unit. Optional inline processes (passivation, phosphating, hot-air or vacuum drying) can be added according to process requirements.

Operation
Parts are loaded using baskets or fixtures. A horizontally mounted rotating basket provides full surface exposure for each part. A touchscreen PLC HMI controls automated cycles and process parameters set by the operator to ensure repeatable and consistent cleaning results.
