Wire cutting is used for cookies, canestrelli, choco chips, ost cookies. •Machine can be positioned on the entrance of the oven in order to deposit the cookies directly on the oven steel band or positioned on an indipendent transport conveyor which loads the products to the oven. •Maximum cutting speed of 135 spm with the possibility to synchronize 2 machines in series mode to reach 270 spm. •The two grooved carbon steel feeding rollers, 240 mm diameter, are placed at a fixed distance. •The filler block distributes the pressure of the dough uniformly on the extrusion plate located below. •The filler block and the extrusion plate can be easily extacted for quick product changeover and easy cleaning. •Wire cutting movement is driven by a simple mechanical cam that ensures an uniform cutting of the products at hight speed. •The wire support frame is easy to remove as the head is secured to the ends of the frame by means of a set of arms. •Separate variable speed drives for the feeding rollers and cutting system are controlled by a frequency inverter which in turn can be cascaded with the oven or subsequent machines. •Thick structure frame of painted carbon steel or in aluminum with anticorrosion coating.
