Line suitable to fill and pair up round or square hard biscuits. The working cycle is the following: •Biscuit taking from the first loader and positioning under the hopper containing the filling cream. •Deposit of the filling on the biscuit base through an accurate and co-ordinate movement, then cutting of the cream disk with a steel wire placed in a perpendicular way respect to the transport direction. •Sandwich biscuit forming through the pairing up of the second biscuit taken from the next loader. •Consolidation of sandwich biscuit and his evacuation through the delivery conveyor belt. The machine can reach a speedness between 500÷600 sandwich biscuits/minute. This depends from the biscuit’s structure and from the tickness of the filling cream. •Stainless steel frame complete with carters and electric safety devices. •Biscuit’s loaders. •Hopper containing the filling cream and dosing on the biscuit. •Stacking device of filled biscuits.
