The Tower label laser marking machine is a two-axis XZ machine with a stroke of 800×300 mm. It is ideal for those who need to mark nameplates automatically. This marking machine is able to manage one or more operating sequences and LASIT can customize the software according to specific needs. The main advantage of the LASIT FlyCAD software is the ability to progressively manage the data, automatically populating the content of the laser engraving on the nameplates according to the production order. Each Towerlabel magazine can hold up to 400 tags. The machine is based on the FlexyMark structure, created by LASIT, which guarantees total stability of the laser marker in all its components: Bosch profile frame Pick&Place system with pneumatic slide on Star Rexroth guides In case we need to mark plates of different sizes, it is possible to adapt the magazines to the dimensions of the same. This gives the laser marker great versatility and a strong production advantage. AUTOMATIC PROCESS The operator places the tags in the loader and starts the cycle through the software. At this point the tags will be automatically marked to then be picked up by the Pick&Place system (equipped with a suction cup) and downloaded. NEAT UNLOADING Unloading can be carried out in a second warehouse (different from the loading one) and in this case it is defined as ordered unloading, or in a container via a chute (untidy unloading). MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY The Tower label laser marker can be configured with up to 4 loaders for increased productivity. Each loader can be used for loading or unloading according to the needs of the laser marking cycle.
