UV exposure unit M-280SB

M-280SB is a low cost and convenient exposure unit for pad plates. Its exposure area is 180x280 mm. The device is not suited to be exposed on screen plate because the device has no vacuum and rubber clothes. In order to have a good exposure timing control, the device has a built-in digital timer. The machine is equipped with a 5 mm high transmittance glass table. Its lamp cover is made of stainless steel reflection cover. The maximum area of exposure is 180 to 280 mm. The lamp has a watt of 220 V, 8 W*6. Its plate type can either be ZN-Plate, Cooperplate or Polymer plate. The packing of the device is made of wooden case. The device is applied on thick steel plate, thin steel plate and photo-polymer plate image. The device is approved with a standard certificate of ISO9001-2000.
