Description

Mastering high-performance materials is an essential skill in the production of critical components for the systems our customers design. Our alloys are developed with the objective of providing targeted innovative solutions for the mechanical resistance, electrical and heat conductivity, corrosion resistance, tribological issues or even to all combined technical aspects. That is what makes the complexity and richness of metallurgical alloying, a science at the heart of our casting know-how. Today, Lebronze alloys operates 20 dedicated foundry operations spread over 5 production sites in France and Germany that allow us to produce both precision blanks and semi-finished products for further processing: 5 horizontal and vertical wire continuous casting lines, 2 horizontal bar continuous casting lines, 3 vertical bar semi-continuous casting lines, 5 horizontal and vertical centrifugal casting lines, 2 sand-casting lines, 3 die precision chill casting lines. Thanks to the new “Loiseau” foundry in Suippes which was recently inaugurated and to the new automated die precision chill casting in Taverny, our combined capacity has reached 35,000 tons/year, making the Group a major player in the copper alloys industry. Our wide range of foundries position us as one of the few casters that masters so many different technologies and alloys.
