VHS Series valves are 6 mm, 2-way axial flow dispensing solenoid valves that combine inkjet printing technology with chemically inert materials to achieve drop-on-demand performance. With response times as fast as 250 µS, droplets as small as 10 nanoliters can be generated at a frequency as high as 1 kHz. The high-speed operation of the valve also enables accurate flow metering and fluid flow regulation. Offered with integrated precision orifices or with MINSTAC® threads for dispense nozzles, this valve can be easily integrated into both new and existing dispensing systems.
