Insert style safety screens feature an integral locking end that uses our field-proven insert principle of controlled expansion during installation to lock and retain the screen in place. A pre-installed expander pin is simply pressed into the screen body, expanding the locking grooves into the wall of the installation hole to retain the component. The stainless steel construction of our screens offers superior integrity and life. Standard models are available in a wide range of diameters from 5.5 mm to 12 mm and in a range of standard micron ratings from 40 to 170 microns.
