We have been manufacturing and marketing patented fastening covers and protection caps by thermoforming plastics in collaboration with Kittmann Technische Produkte since 2006. Due to the minimal material input in the thermoforming-process in comparison to other manufacturing methods, our covers can result in substantial cost reductions in some cases. In our efforts to achieve optimal function of our products and our aim to meet all customer requirements, we continuously improve our products with new functions and features. The granting of several patents is evidence of the innovative spirit that has been invested in the design of this product group over the years. In 2020, in addition to the toolmaking and series production which had been previously implemented, Lehmann & Frommelt Thermoformung also took over the direct management, new and further development and sales of this group of items from Kittmann. We will also continue to integrate new functions and features in the future for the benefit of our customers and continue developing our advantage over our competitors, which has been shown by our most recent patent applications. The table below shows a selection of previously implemented fastening covers (fixed on the inside of the tube) and protection caps (fixed over the outside of the nozzle) from our “KITTMANN”-group of products, most of which are available from stock.
