Our equipment enables us to work with any kind of material, from the softest to the toughest: aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, high-tensile steel from 0.5mm to 10 mm thick. Typically, our production runs range from 500 to 100,000 parts a year. Our highly flexible production means can accept tools up to 5,500mm long, 2,500mm width. Our most powerfull press is about 1,600T. Definition : cutting, stamping In order to maximise efficiency, we work mainly with coils, converted on automatic presses fitted with feed and/or transfer. 2 servo presses 630 T and 1,000 T 3 transfer presses up to 1,600T 12 automatic presses up to 1,600 T. and table of 5,500 x 2,500 mm 15 finishing presses from 40 to 500 T. 5 hydraulic presses from 100 to 600 T.
