Duty cycle crawler crane Based on the successful HS 895 HD, the HS 8200 is a new development that has been designed to specifically meet with customer requirements. The 200-tonne duty cycle crawler crane combines safety, performance and efficiency as well as a high level of control comfort. With a 10 % increase in lifting capacity as well as the use of 35-tonne free-fall winches, this design sets new standards for material handling. Transport Detachable crawlers reduce the transport weight to under 47 tonnes. Safe access Side platforms, railings and ladders are fully integrated in the machine design and no longer need to be removed for transport. Engine The latest Stage V (Tier 4f) engine from Liebherr convinces through reduced noise and exhaust emissions, as well as lower fuel consumption with a simultaneous increase in engine power. Designed for dynamic tasks The uppercarriage with its robust design is mounted on a solid undercarriage featuring wide tracks and long crawlers for a high level of stability. Performance Thanks to the optimization of the complete drive system the duty cycle crawler crane can perform even more efficiently.
