The powerful LC 60 - 130 gear hobbing machines feature a very compact design. They were specially designed for the diverse requirements of the automotive industry. Machine concept The high-speed machine opens up extensive potential in terms of efficient gear production. The compact concept requires 20% less floor space. The well-known and proven advantages of the attached accumulator and the integrated loader are still available. Significantly increased axis and spindle speeds improve productivity and allow more complex machining processes such as roughing, finishing and chamfering with distinct tools in one setup. The tool speed maximum of 7000 RPM allows theoretical cutting speeds up to 1700 m/min. Table speeds up to 1400 RPM enable the use of fast-moving tools. Universal ringloader The more flexible ringloader enables a chip-to-chip time of 4.4 seconds.
