The rotor is balanced in the factory to insure smooth operation. Crusher Frame: Upper and lower crusher frames constructed of 3/4” plate. Replaceable 1 1/4” wear resistant alloy steel frame liners. (Two) crusher opening cylinders with hydraulic pump. (Two) safety pins to hold upper frame open for maintenance Rotor pin and holder to keep rotor from turning during service. Breaker Plates: (Two) adjustable breaker plates to accommodate uncrushable material and to adjust the setting. The lower breaker plate setting is maintained by (two) high strength preloaded coil springs. The weight of the upper curtain maintains the setting. Breaker plate curtains constructed of plate.
