Robotic cell for pick-and-place unfolded packaging based on collaborative robot Omron, applied with blanking machine QF-1080B and folding carton gluer Heidelberg Diana 80. The robotic cell can be used in print industry. CELL SPECIFICATION Robotic cell consist with next main components: • Cabinet with a control system for the complex based on a OMRON PLC. All electrical equipment is located inside the cabinet. An operator panel visualizing the technological process of palletizing boxes is displayed on the front surface of the cabinet door -1 pc. • Colaborative robot Omron TM14X. • Universal mechanical gripper - 1pc; • Universal form and storage machine - 1pc; • Security system based on laser scanner OS32C Omron - 1pc.
