Hydraulic pressure multiplier

The LUKAS pressure multiplier is mainly used to loosen press fits by expanding the bearings, wheels or gears to be pulled off. For this purpose, the pressure multiplier increases the input pressure by a multiple up to a maximum output pressure of 3000 bar. The pressure multiplier is screwed directly into a bore of the workpiece to be extracted. The input pressure is generated with the hand pump. The multiplier set contains: •One multiplier 3000 bar •A hand pump ZPH 1 AF/1 with pressure setting 450 bar •A pressure gauge •A hand valve •Hoses with couplings •Transport box Advantages •Increase of the inlet pressure from max. 450 bar in a ratio of 1:6.7 •Thus the maximum outlet pressure is 3000 bar •Supplied as a complete set
