The IGA 320/23 is a digital infrared thermometer with a small and short wavelength. Due to its small housing dimension, the device can be installed easily. It can fit even in a limited space. The device uses RS485 interface in order to have a long transmission networks. The device consists of a robust design so that it can work even in rough industrial environments.
The device consists of optics used for small spot sizes. With the use of a close-up lens, the spot sizes can be reduced on a distance of 50 or 120mm. The device measures the non-contact temperature of metallic surfaces, graphite or ceramics between 75 °C and 1800 °C. The device is used on preheating, annealing, tempering, welding, forging, hardening, sintering, melting, soldering, brazing, rolling and tempering.
