Description

All-New JetConvection™ Series Glass Tempering Furnaces As the pioneer in Forced Convection Technology, LandGlass’ high quality and efficiency advantages revealed in high-performance Low-E Glass Tempering made the JetConvection™ series glass tempering furnace a two-time winner of the National Patent Gold Award and an iconic product in the forced convection glass tempering machinery. At present, more than one thousand furnaces of this series have been sold to over sixty countries and regions worldwide, becoming one of the legendary products of LandGlass. JetConvection Technology The high-temperature blowers send the high-temperature air evenly to the surface of the glass sheet through the convector box equipped with built-in heating éléments. It can be flexibly adapted to optimized heating curve according to the type, spécification, and thickness of the glass so that the Low-E glass can be evenly heated as clear glass. ThermoLock Technology The ThermoLock™ technology greatly increases the heat résistance of the furnace wall and reduces the energy loss in operation. GeniusCool Technology Based on flow analysis and testing, the structure of the small air box is improved to allow more evenly distributed air pressure between the front and back ends inside the air box for a uniform and efficient cooling and tempering resuit. Glass types that can be tempered Hard coat, soft coat Low-E (E≥0.01) glass, ultra-clear glass, screen-printed glass, patterned glass, tinted glass, and clear glass, etc.
