The LZ series is specially designed with advanced T-shape construction to maximize rigidity and smooth tool path travel. This machine could be equipped with Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi controller for a flexible installation depend on the customer's habits. As a high-speed mold and die machine, the LZ machines is capable of reducing the final polishing procedure via extraordinary structural stability and construction detail. This machine is capable of machining parts requiring 10 micron accuracy all around. The structure was strengthened with a two-piece casting design, one for the bed, and one for the bridge. In this structure, surface quality could be optimized due to high vibration dampening attribute. Thus, the mold and die parts processed on the machine could maintain high productivity and quality. For result checking, Renishaw or Blum parts probing accessories could be configured by demand. STRUCTURE Unique single-piece casting for the double column and cross rail.
