Description

Thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery group, this revolutionary electro permanent magnetic beam functions completely autonomously. A power Supply Cable is not required. ​ Modular, expandable system. The electric pulse of a few seconds is only used to molecularly invert the magnetic modules. The effective force is generated by permanent magnets. Because the magnetic beam does not depend on the electric current, it is 100% safe. Due to the low power consumption, the rechargeable battery group has an autonomy of approximately 300 cycles. The battery group is charged by means of the built-in charger (230V / 50Hz). ​The battery group is equipped with a quick-change system. A backup battery group is optionally available.​ The MOST SAFE LIFTING MAGNET • - Electro permanent magnet technology independent of the electric current = 100% safe • - Safety factor 4,8:1 • - An inductive proximity switch, activated by the lifting mechanism prevents accidental demagnetization in the air. • - Integrated "PICK-UP" cycle at lower Force, followed by FULLMAG. • - Lamp Block for indication of the status of the magnet. • - Radio remote control which prevents the operator from getting close to the load. • - Continuous battery monitoring. At low battery voltage, only demagnetization can be done.
