Overview
Digital ADAS 2.0 EXTRA is MAHLE's solution to meet the needs of increasingly diverse vehicle fleets. Its flexibility makes it ideal for workshops seeking to expand services with advanced ADAS calibration capabilities.

Main advantages

• EXTRA fast — Positioning sensors guide and assist vehicle alignment, significantly reducing preparation time. The technician manages positioning by driving the vehicle toward the structure; instructions shown on the monitor and diagnostic tool, triggered by a proximity sensor, indicate when to stop. Keystone correction ensures accurate target projection.
• EXTRA dimensions — A 75-inch high-definition display allows projection of targets at 1:1 scale when required by certain manufacturers or remote calibration procedures.
• EXTRA adaptability — The display can rotate 90° for large vertical targets used in commercial vehicle calibration. The structure extends to a height of up to 2.50 m, enabling calibration of larger vehicles (e.g., IVECO Daily).
