The MAI®4JOB-BUSINESS ultra transportable plastering machine mixing pump The MAI®4JOB-BUSINESS is a unique plastering machine for pre-mixed dry mortar that fits through almost every door, making it one of the most flexible and useful mortar mixing pumps on the market. It can be disassembled into individual components in a very short time without tools, allowing it to be transported with ease. This also means that transporting the plastering machine over several floors on your construction site is no problem. This feature also proves our commitment to occupational health and safety, by reducing the risk of back problems from lifting heavy machinery. Flexible performance in a plastering machine Another level of flexibility is achieved by the fully automatic MAI®4JOB-BUSINESSmortarmixing pump thanks to the ability to load dry mortar material directly from a transport silo, a silo container, or manually from sacks. It can also be integrated with a pneumatic dry mortar conveying system. The MAI®4JOB-BUSINESSmortar mixing pump is designed to process all kinds of factory-pre-mixed dry mortars (lime, cement and gypsum based) for both external renders and indoor plasters. Innovative easy-clean design and theft protection MAI is extremely proud of the innovative Easy-Clean mixing tube on the MAI®4JOB-BUSINESS. The easy to clean mixing zone is made of highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR synthetic and both the water system and control cabinet are removable. This latter feature is also an effective anti-theft measure on the building site.
