This compact stretch banding machine is quite compact and sturdy. This machine is developed for blisters multipacks. The machine boasts a blister mechanical count which manages the collation of each bundle. The single row blister is grouped into a specific pre-determined pattern, and then banded into the appropriate sized bundle with a polyethylene band. The bundles are then transferred to the wrapping station, and is gathered into a compact square package every time. Safety features prevent the machine from becoming damaged as a result of overloading; the machine will stop and indicate the location of the problem on the display. The main machine motor is controlled by an inverter. The machine speeds are memorized and grouped by size, and recalled on the display. The blisters are counted and transferred to a plate which determines the stack via the guides of the bucket chain. The size is adjusted on each bucket, and the stacks are sealed.
