Masterwatt can design and manufacture control panels dedicated to the control of its own heaters. These panels are defined in accordance with the customer functional requirements and specifications to best suit the customer needs. The adopted design and manufacturing standards are CEI, IEC,EAC, CSA, DNV, RINA, LLOYD'S REGISTER, ABS. Masterwatt can supply also thyristor control panel according to dedicated customer specification like: DEP SHELL, ARAMCO, ITN NUOVO PIGNONE, NORSOK, BP, SAIPEM. The control panel functional sections can be tailored to the customer needs as follows: type of protection: fuses, magnetic breakers, differential breakers type of control: multi-stage ON/OFF and/or thyristor-based systems (SCR system) protection degree: IP42÷IP66 lockers material: stainless steel, painted carbon steel, polyester controller types: PID thermo-regulators, PLC-based systems controlled power: from low-power mono-phase loads to three-phase loads up to 2÷3 MW
