Matcavi makes its charging cables with the most advanced production technologies and subjects them to the strictest quality controls to guarantee maximum reliability and safety. Our charging cables are made passing through several consecutive manufacturing phases, carefully monitored and step by step verified. All connections are tested through micrographs and accurate measurements, to always guarantee maximum safety and the lowest possible contact resistance. The assembly is carried out using state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, to ensure the best possible result in terms of repeatability too. Each charging cable is individually tested on a fully automated test bench. From the identification of the cable type, to the safety tests required by CEI EN 62196, up to a unique heating test developed by Matcavi engineers, ensuring perfect connection and absolute reliability. Only after a positive outcome, the charging cable is labeled and packaged.
