Entry-Level 2D laser processing machine combining cutting performance and ease of maintenance. Designed to provide high-cutting performance for thin to medium material thicknesses and ease of maintenance. The Ez series the ideal solution for those taking their first step in the laser machining world. Equipped with Large Front and Side Access Doors Sliding doors are installed on the front and side of the machine, minimising the floor space requirement. Dimensions of OPTIPLEX 3015 Ez openings are 1200 mm (front) and 3210 mm (side) and OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez openings are 1190 mm (front) and 3130 mm (side). Additionally, slide door on the side of OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez can be opened from both left and right, which makes it easier for the operator to load and unload workpieces. Improved Operability of CNC Control The rotating CNC control panel gives operators the option to work at the front or side of the machine. The screen also tilts, offering a comfortable operating position for all users. Large 21.5” LCD screen and touch panel Operator can easily zoom in and out on the display screen with fingertips. The wide screen also allows the operator to check nesting at a glance. One-touch operation All necessary information, such as the cutting condition database, can be called up with a single touch. It is now easier to operate. Flat design for easier operation Apart from the Emergency Stop and Rotary Switch buttons, operational buttons feature a flat design. The use of pictograms makes operation more intuitive. Assist functions By simply entering the items suggested by assist functions, operator can easily set up functions such as nozzle centre check and automatic nozzle changing.
