This is an excellent continuous fryer for production up 300kg/h (661 lbs). Has an electric panel which the person who will operate can control the conveyor belt speed, production retention time, oil temperature and turn on the resistences with just some clicks. The equipment can be used vegetable oil and brine ( water and salt), density difference between both liquids to continuously filter the oil getting a longer vegetable oil durability and higher quality for the final product. Water and oil fryer As a brine solution (water and salt) is used water and vegetable oil (unless palm oil, to filter the bran and excess flour, which gives off the fried products The vegetable oil drainage system and brine solution, increases the useful life of vegetable oil, the quality of the product to be fried, ensures the maintenance of operational safety and makes the process more economical. Frozen products The capacity of frozen products is half than fresh products, considering 1 minute and 30 seconds of frying.
