This is the excellent continuous fryer for production up to 180 kg/h (396 lbs). Has an electric panel which the person who will operate can control the conveyor belt speed, production retention time, oil temperature and turn on the resistences with just some clicks. The equipment can be used vegetable oil and brine (water and salt), density difference between both liquids to continuously filter the oil getting a longer vegetable oil durability and higher quality for the final product. Besides that, the draining process using oil and brine increase the operational useful life.

There are two chambers, an oil and a brine, this is used to filter the bran and excess flour, which gives off the fried products - avoiding the carbonization and keeping the characteristics fat also the level of acidity always low.
