In the medium performance rack, the insertion and releasing of the safety device (operator's task) is performed by 50% of the operators (statistical data) only, while the other 50% leave the safety system unlocked (system safety out of safety); 2. The safety device in the medium performance model is perfectly suitable when: the cable end protruding from the reel is cut and it is kept under control during unwinding. REMARK: If the cable end keeps coming out, it will get probably entangled on the structure creating a mechanical stop of the reel rotation and the reel can come out even with the safety device engaged.
