Description

Industrial cleaning machines can use either solvents, or aqueous based solutions. The choice depends on quantities, quality required and from the characteristics of the components to clean. The solvent cleaning normally requires installations smaller than the aqueous based and has a simple drying step. Main advantages of this type of cleaning machines and installations are the ease of drying through solvent vapours and the absence of problems of oxidation. They can be Manual or Automatic and they run with new generation, low boiling point and no flammable solvents. The system includes the use of co-solvents in the same machine, which considerably increase the cleaning efficiency. In this way, it is possible to remove significant contaminants such as oils, greases, inks, polishing and lapping pastes etc. Dried parts without stains ready to any following process is the result. These machines are totally manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316, very compact and require short cycle times. Our production includes standard machines and tailored solutions according our clients’ requirements. On the automatic version, the automatic handling system is controlled by a PLC, which is easy to program using the touch screen positioned on the electric board.
