Description

Designed for crushing soft and medium-hard materials with close grain distribution and good cubical shape ratios, tertiary impact crushers are an excellent solution in the production of fine aggregates for concrete and asphalt applications. Adjustable and interchangeable breaker plates enable grinding up to 50 percent with a durable rotor that can operate in both directions, lowering the overall operational and inventory costs of the machine. HIGH QUALITY FINE PRODUCTION High Percentage of Cubical Shape and Close Grain Distribution MACHINE BODY Increased capacity with new crushing chamber design. The feeder system directs the raw material in a regular and homogenous way. BREAKER PLATES Four independent breaker plates ensure highly efficient control of gradation. The upper and lower breaker plates are hydraulically adjustable, and have a security system that prevents blocking. Lower breaker plates offer high capacity and grinding flexibility. WEAR PARTS Enhanced solid wear parts and liners. ROTOR The quality of the dynamic rotor balance is G 6.3, according to ISO 1940/1. The flywheel and the pulley are connected to the shaft with clamping collars, and a durable V-belt ensures long-term use. BEARINGS Upper-class heavy-duty SKF bearings with bearing temperature sensors.
