Impregnating Machine Grid Fabric M2224-05 The impregnating machine for finishing grid fabrics is used for mesh reinforcement for rendering and is designed for a fabric width of 3.200 mm max and a production speed of 80 m/min max. After impregnation on a special padder, the grid fabric is dried in two stages and dwelled in a circulating air dryer at approximately 160° C. This polymerization process of applied chemicals is followed by winding the fabric onto big batches; roller diameter is 1.800 mm max.
