Coating Machine M2224-08
The coating range manufactured up to a fabric width of 4.500 mm is suitable for impregnating technical textiles. A 30 t contact pressure impregnating padder is designed for finishing of textiles. Coming out of the applicator, the fabric is dried in an infrared pre-dryer and hardened in the following circulating dryer. In the integrated cutting device, a longitudinal/cross section is done by heated knives.
In the rear part of the coating line the fabric is wound selvedge on selvedge onto a rising roll batcher with centre drive.
