Weather-resistant 19" housing for slide-in power units. Ideal for use at outdoor events. Also suitable for use in places with public access. The OVE housing is a completely weatherproof solution for power supply with 19" slide-in inserts. The housing has an 18HE rack that enables variable equipping. The power feed-in takes place either via a 125 A plug or by means of a fixed connection with a connected load of up to 160 A. Power is supplied to the customer's slide-in units by means of variably equipped equipment carriers (equipped in line with the needs of the customer). This enables the following: The protection of outlets by means of circuit breakers or fuses The assignment of RCDs to the outlets The implementation of outlets without residual-current circuit breakers Thanks to the generously sized installation space with optimized airflow, heat accumulation is prevented. This is despite the fact that the housing is largely encapsulated. The two doors are fitted with lockable sliding bar closures. The half-profile cylinder locks make unauthorized access practically impossible. The distributor frame is designed to make transport with a lifting cart or forklift truck safe and fast. Removable securing lugs allow the distributor to be fixed to the ground using earth pegs; this means that it can also be safely erected for use in events that are open to the public.
