METALIKA makes 50 years molds for concrete block machines, every year we delivery 450 pavers molds for concrete block machines to our customers worldwide. Paver molds are catted from one piece of steel, CNC processing of complete core of the mold (in order to obtain zero tolerance in dimensions), different type hardening process of core and swords of the mold, depend on request. Pavers mold can be welded from extremely resistant steel, without hardening process of mold core, depend on request. After consultation with our team of engineers, the customer receives a drawing of the mold with hanging for the requested model of the vibropress, the manufacturing technology and an official offer.
