This HFFS machine makes pillow or gusseted bags with 3 seals. It is designed for flowing products and can be set up for inert gas blowing and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). Reliable and versatile, it is suitable for medium and high production rates. The packaging machine is driven by brushless motors. It can be combined with automatic loading systems. HFFS Flow Packs are particularly suitable for packaging bakery products, vegetables and fresh fruit in trays, but can also handle consumer or industrial products. A polyethylene version can be supplied on request. The contact parts are made of stainless steel, but if required the entire machine can be made of stainless steel.
