MINI BARS 150 LINE COMPOSITION: N.1 Automatic line MINI BARS 130 for the lamination and cutting of the bars: • - N.1 feeding hopper in plastic material to feed the automatic line. • - N.1 main conveyor belt with utile width 130 mm. • - n.3 Lamination rollers in plastic material with height adjustment 5-25 mm and oil spray system • - n.1 longitudinal multiple cutter with circular blades and oil spray system. • - n.1 transversal guillotine Ultrasonic cutter with n.1 blade 150 mm • - n.1 separator belt exit from the transversal cutter PRODUCTION: cereal bars, protein bars, fruit bars, nuts paste bars. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: from 30 up to 60 bars/min N.B. With this machine is not possible produce brittle bars or bars with caramelized sugar because is not possible control the working temperature of the line.
