The RPS-150 is a self-contained wide-beam ultrasonic sensor designed for proximity detection and level sensing applications where target alignment is not critical. Its wide sensing angle allows reliable detection of flat targets with up to 35° of tilt, making it well suited for irregular surfaces and challenging installations. The sensor operates at 38.5 kHz and is available in 2–40 inch or 5–80 inch ranges, with either 120 VAC or 20–30 VDC power input options and a quick-disconnect receptacle. It features proximity and hysteresis operating modes, a dual-color LED status indicator, and two isolated solid-state relay outputs (N.O. and N.C.) capable of switching AC or DC loads. The durable PBT housing supports standard 30 mm limit-switch mounting and provides flexible installation options for industrial environments.
