Permanent magnet conveyor belts are transport apparels that work automatically. They are particularly suitable for flat or sloping transport of magnetic pieces, and for separating magnetic particles present in cooling liquids. They can also be used in ferromagnetic machining of broaching machines, milling machines, drilling machines, lathes and transfer machines.
In addition, permanent magnet conveyor belts can be used for the transport of punching and shearing trimmings as well as pieces moulded in and by machine tools, presses, hardening furnaces, and central shavings disposal plants.

transport plane complete with slide made of antimagnetic alloy steel;
a reversal device with automatic tensioning sprocket; a drive complete with geared motor.

The pieces to be transported are unloaded on the belt transport plane.
The system moves within the belt and produces a magnetic field, which acts on the ferromagnetic pieces to be transported.
The construction design, completely closed and water proof, guarantees a good belt functioning in contact with liquids such as oils and emulsions.
