The PRP S1 is a compact modular line designed for efficient mixed cable recycling. Key Components: • Single Shaft Shredder (SSH) – initial plastic shredding • Overbelt Magnetic Separator (OMS) – separates ferrous metals • Fine Granulator (FGR) – reduces material to fine granules • Zigzag Separator (ZZS) – separates thick copper from fine copper and plastic • Turbo Mill (TRM) – processes fine copper wires for high-purity output • Densimetric Separator (DES) – density-based separation • Dust Collector (DTF) – maintains clean operation Technical Highlights: • Capacity: 200–400 kg/h • Installed Power: 80–100 kW • Modular and energy-efficient design • High-quality copper recovery and clean plastic output • Independent machines allow flexible line configuration
