The MPT-SCADA system for comprehensive productivity management The control system of Möllers Packaging Technology machines consists of various modules that act independently and fully automatically. The work processes are monitored, documented and evaluated within the machine control system. The MPT-SCADA system is a further development of the existing systems (OEE and PRODUCAT® II) and provides results on performance, quality and availability based on time-accurate production data. With the MPT-SCADA system, the functions of the machines are comprehensively prepared visually within the line – for constantly easy handling, fault diagnosis and active monitoring of the safety circuits. This system concept – combined with the clear and comprehensible user interface of the touchpanel of the machine – enables users to react immediately to critical situations based on the evaluation. To ensure the highest performance of the machines in the long term, they must be checked regularly to replace wear parts and prevent malfunctions or even failures. With the MPT-SCADA system, maximum efficiency can be ensured. The MPT-SCADA analysis and optimization system: User-friendly quality assurance The MPT-SCADA system is easy to handle thanks to self-explanatory touchscreen icons, thus the training times of the users are considerably reduced.
