Material
molerit® is a material developed in house from flexible thermoplastic plastic. Variations on the formula permit extensive adaptation to different conditions of use. Outstanding material properties:
High ageing, UV and light crack resistance
Low temperature stability down to -50°C
Hot dimensional stability up to +70°C (briefly up to 120°C)
Matt or gloss surface
7 standard colours available and also supertransparent
Extremely high breaking elongation
Tools
Optimum design
Fast, cost-effective building at own toolmaking shop
First sample available after only 3 – 4 weeks – and first sample test report
