A new aluminium extrusion dies cleaning plant. Compared to traditional systems, we are proposing an innovative line that are characterized by: • - Cleaning tanks with automatically operated lids • - Automatic temperature control with programmable ignition and switch-off • - Automatic filling and emptying of the cleaning solution • - Automatic 3-axis basket conveyor which avoids dripping of soda on the tanks, which is the biggest problem for maintenance and safety of the traditional plants • - Efficient fumes catching system, also active during the extraction of the baskets from the cleaning tanks, in order to avoid harmful fumes, spread on working area • - Operators can stay away from the most dangerous area, managing all operations automatically • - ALUMASTER EKO-DIES automation software very flexible and easy to use
