Description

These heavy-duty log conveyors are used in a variety of applications, including sawmills, chip plants and log merchandizing systems. Morbark offers conveyors built from 0.5" (a.3 cm) or 0.62" (1.6 cm) formed steel plate in a variety of lengths and widths. Several different drives are available, as well as automatic or manual kickers. DRIVE - 2000 Series hydraulic drive to handle up to 30' (9.1 m) conveyors CHAIN - 13" (33 cm) wide WD-110 conveyor chain CONSTRUCTION - Conveyor constructed from 0.5" (1.3 cm) formed steel plate with 0.4" (1 cm) gussets every 4' (1.2 m) CHAIN BED - 1" x 2" (2.5 cm x 5.1 cm) cross bars welded under chain bed every 2' (0.6 m).
