The ACL 3000 D machine is an automatic line with double counting and capping units for the counting of solid shapes and the subsequent filling of bottles. The ACL 3000 D allows the use of the most diverse solid pharmacological forms, such as, for example, capsules, round and oblong tablets, tablets, transparent or opaque softgel, with dimensions between 5 and 25 mm in diameter and having a maximum thickness of 20 mm. The line consists of a mirror-polished stainless steel structure on which the electronic model CPE6 counter is positioned, a conveyor belt, a rotating table for feeding empty bottles and a final collection tray for the filled bottles. The parts in contact with the product can be easily inspected and removed and made of AISI 316 steel or FDA approved material. This line is extremely versatile and adapts to medium productions.
