Description

The GP1 compact unit, thanks to its high-quality mechanics, is extremely versatile and easily adapted to the user’s particular needs. Equipped with a 16 stations star, whose motion is regulated by a Geneva drive, the unit can be used for the liquid filling or capping of vials. The unit is equipped with a touch screen connected to a PLC system for operation and control and programmed with all possible functions of the unit so that it is sufficient to type in the specifics of the desired process in order to operate the machine. All the devices necessary for the unit to perform its different functions are provided as accessories so that the user can adapt the unit to the required use simply by changing the said accessories. The following stations components are available as accessories to the main unit: 1. vial filling machine, from 0.5 to 1000 cubic centiliters; 2. undercap inserting machine; 3. cap placing machine; 4. capping machine. In addition, the unit can be fitted to work the following types of product: oral drugs, such as syrups; cosmetic products, both thick and foamy liquids; sterile products, such as eye drops and injectable products, in class 100 and under laminar flow hood.
