The MP 100 is an automatic intermittent-motion machine for making four-side seal sachets. The size of the sachet can be chosen among the following widths: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 mm. The length of the sachet can vary from 30 to 135 mm. All types of flexible heat-sealable multi-layer supports can be used, including polylaminate with external layer in paper, plastic or aluminum, printed or blank. A printing unit makes it possible to print variable data such as batch numbers and expiration dates. The MP 100 is a machine with a very compact design that can be operated also in small spaces. It is also extremely flexible as, by simply changing its dosage unit, it can be quickly adapted to the packaging of liquids, or of creams, powders or solid bodies (capsules, tablets, soft gel, opalines, etc.), with a maximum volume of 40 ml. Its versatility makes the MP100 machine suitable for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, herbal, chemistry and nutrition sectors. The parts in contact with the product can be easily inspected and removed for cleaning, and are made of stainless steel AISI 316 or FDA approved materials. All operations and settings are controlled and set by means of a touch screen and all functions have been planned in keeping with GMP regulations.
