The MP 6 powder blender is equipped with a stainless steel AISI 316 container available either in cylindrical shape, with a capacity of 1, 3, 5 and 10 liters, or in Y, V, divisible V shapes, with a capacity of 1.5, 3, 5 and 12 liters. Containers can be fitted with stainless steel caps and shafts with fixed vanes to break up lumps of powder in order to guarantee a perfect mixing even of smaller quantities of powder. Two openings at the upper ends of the Y, V, divisible V shapes, make containers easy to clean, wash and sanitize. A touch screen is installed on the machine and is connected to a PLC Siemens to allow the setting of functions in the mixing process such as duration, rotation speed and inversion time of the rotation.
